Located within the Brassfield Shopping Center, the branch introduces PACU to a new community with a layout that allows members to access support quickly while helping staff respond efficiently. A dedicated lobby and refreshment area also give members space to wait, meet and move through services at their own pace.
A key shift in the design replaces traditional teller lines with three freestanding teller stations, allowing members to approach staff more naturally while giving employees the flexibility to assist where needed. The design also includes infrastructure for future automated teller systems, allowing the branch to adapt as service needs evolve.
Material and graphic elements reference the credit union’s aviation roots, reinforcing brand identity in a new market and helping members recognize PACU. Within the retail center, strategic signage and exterior graphics address visibility challenges and guide visitors to the branch entrance.

Together, these decisions create a branch that is easy to navigate and built around how members use it.
