High Point Federal Credit Union, the second-largest credit union in Western New York, has steadily expanded over the past decade. Yet despite a growing membership in northern Pennsylvania, Bradford remained underserved. To close that gap, High Point opened its first Pennsylvania branch: an 1,800 sq. ft. facility that represents geographic growth and forward-looking design.

The project arrived at a pivotal moment. Coming directly on the heels of a complete rebrand, the Bradford branch became the first new facility to showcase High Point’s updated colors, logo and identity. The design challenge was twofold: to capture the energy of the refreshed look and feel in a way that felt compelling, while still preserving the familiarity members valued.
Working in close collaboration with administrators, board members and staff at every level, our practice team delivered an interior that strikes a balance between tradition and transformation.

The open layout underscores High Point’s commitment to member relationships and a personalized banking experience. Instead of traditional teller lines and partitioned counters, the lobby welcomes members into a bright, interactive environment.
Teller pods provide staff with greater flexibility, while digital boards add dynamic, engaging content. Private offices and consultation areas also ensure important conversations happen in a discreet setting.

Ingenuity extends to the drive-through, where High Point introduced its first Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Offering 24/7 self-service and the ability to video chat with remote staff, the ITM signals a major step forward in modernizing member services and providing convenience without sacrificing personal connection.

More than a new building, the Bradford branch fills a longstanding service gap. Previously, four offices operated in the greater Olean area, but none served members across the state line—now, Pennsylvania members enjoy easy access. For the community, it’s an investment in growth and a visible commitment to McKean County’s future. For High Point, it marks both a milestone—its first expansion within the state—and a prototype for the branches of tomorrow.
