College Park Library is part of a community with streets all named for Ivy League Institutions. This combined with the community’s desire to transform their library into a “Gateway of Knowledge and Success” drove its renovation theme.

CPL provided design leadership throughout project planning and construction with design/build partner, CT Darnell Construction, managing budget and construction delivery. 720 Design led interior design efforts. This project earned LEED Silver Certification.
