In addition to ensuring local art was on display throughout the facility, this project required interior space reconfigurations to allow for new technology, flexible activity spaces, several reading nooks, and collaborative study pods.
CPL provided design leadership throughout project planning and construction with design/build partner, CT Darnell Construction, managing budget and construction delivery. 720 Design led interior design efforts. This project earned LEED Gold Certification.
