Located in the self-described bohemian artist part of town, Ponce de Leon Library is beloved by its community and welcomes the artistry and diversity it attracts.
CPL provided design leadership throughout project planning and construction with design/build partner, CT Darnell Construction, managing budget and construction delivery. 720 Design led interior design efforts. This project earned LEED Silver Certification.

Since art and artists are a large part of this community’s identity, the renovations included murals to showcase the work of talented local artists. In addition, bohemian inspired décor, colors, textures, and finishes were utilized to promote the feeling of creativity, inclusiveness, and discovery throughout.
