LEED Platinum Certified
Targeted sustainability efforts were a pivotal aspect of this project. This encompassed roof modifications to accommodate rooftop mechanical units alongside the installation of expansive solar arrays, projected to fulfill over 40% of the building’s power requirements.
These deliberate measures culminated in the building’s attainment of LEED Platinum certification, distinguishing it as the first LEED Platinum certified library in the State of Georgia.
