Aside from more space and expanded seating, the community wanted to convey a feeling of “whimsy” and draw interest in their playful design theme, especially for children. This was achieved through strategic interior reconfigurations, which helped create dedicated quiet areas and study rooms for children and teens.
CPL provided design leadership throughout project planning and construction with design/build partner, CT Darnell Construction, managing budget and construction delivery. 720 Design led interior design efforts. This project earned LEED Silver Certification.
