The first building of the Union Square Campus, as well as one of Guilford County's most unique higher education centers, this 85,000 s.f. LEED Certified Silver building provides a state-of-the-art education and simulation training facility for students and healthcare professionals alike.
The catalyst for the building's creation can be credited to a remarkable partnership between Cone Health, Guilford Technical Community College, North Carolina A&T State University, and the University of North Carolina at Greensbroro. CPL worked with these collaborators to design an innovative setting for successfully educating nurses and other healthcare professionals at the associate, bachelor, and doctoral degree level.
