Saratoga Springs City Hall Restoration

‹ Portfolio

After a fire in 2018 left the Saratoga Springs City Hall with significant water damage and in desperate need of repairs, CPL stepped in to renovate and restore the 60,000 s.f. facility building back to its former glory. The end result? A safe, accessible and welcoming building with its historical integrity fully preserved and in tact.

This project received the 2021 Interior Rehabilitation Award from the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation and 2022 Historical Restoration/Preservation Project of the Year for the Small Cities / Rural Communities division from The American Public Works Association.
