As part of the Atlanta-Fulton County Library System’s (AFCLS) $11 million, six-library design-build program, the Cleveland Avenue Library was in need of substantial space reconfigurations to cater to a growing community.

Renovations included expanded space for group study rooms, a new children’s reading area, and additional seating along the perimeter of the building. The facility also received ADA accessibility upgrades, and enhancements to all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
CPL provided design leadership throughout project planning and construction with design/build partner, CT Darnell Construction, managing budget and construction delivery. 720 Design led interior design efforts.
