We’re thrilled to announce that the City of Suwanee’s Town Center on Main and DeLay Nature Park has been named Public Works Project of the Year by the Georgia Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA)!

Spanning 25 acres, Suwanee’s Town Center on Main and DeLay Nature Park is the result of years of collaboration between city leaders, residents and planning experts. Building upon the legacy of our original Town Center, this next chapter was carefully shaped through a comprehensive master plan, aiming to create a vibrant urban oasis that balances thoughtful design with natural beauty.

From improved road alignment that enhances traffic flow and safety, to integrated trails, gathering spaces and environmental features, every detail of this project reflects our shared commitment to connectivity, accessibility and long-term sustainability.

We are grateful to the APWA Georgia Chapter for this recognition—and even more grateful to everyone in Suwanee who helped bring this vision to life.
