Suwanee, GA — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 50 years, is excited to announce the addition of Antionette McMillan to its office in Suwanee.

McMillan joins CPL as a Permit Services Supervisor, bringing more than 15 years of municipal planning and development experience, with a strong background in workflow optimization, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.

In this role, McMillan will oversee permitting operations and support planning and development initiatives, helping to ensure efficient processes and a high level of service for clients and stakeholders.

Prior to joining the firm, McMillan served as a Permitting Services Supervisor for the City of Chamblee, where she supported project delivery through tasks such as coordinating permit review processes, supervising and developing staff, monitoring budgets and reporting, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations. She holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Argosy University and bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Psychology from Georgia State University.
