ROCHESTER, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm with a 50-year legacy of serving public and private-sector clients, is pleased to announce the addition of four new team members—Kate Buss, Paul Dudkowski, AIA, Kevin Harjes, PE, and Anna Lammon—across its New York offices.
Kate Buss has joined CPL’s Rochester office as a Senior Business Integration & Solutions Manager, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in leading complex initiatives, business process improvements and enterprise system implementations. In this role, she will focus on enhancing operational efficiency and profitability through streamlined system integration, data governance and analytics.
Prior to CPL, Buss served as Senior Manager of Integration at Colliers Engineering & Design. She holds a Master of Urban Planning from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Binghamton University. She is a Procore Certified Project Manager and holds certifications from the RIT Saunders College of Business in Leadership Training, as well as the Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) designation.
Paul Dudkowski, AIA joins the Buffalo office as an Architectural Project Manager, contributing more than 17 years of experience across a broad range of project types, including cultural, civic, commercial, federal and educational facilities. In this role, he will collaborate with CPL’s Community & Culture team to lead projects from concept through construction, delivering solutions that are both client-focused and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Dudkowski previously served as Senior Project Manager and Senior Architect at N.K. Bhandari Architecture & Engineering, P.C. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University at Buffalo and is a licensed architect and member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
Kevin Harjes, PE joins CPL’s Poughkeepsie office as an Engineer I, where he will contribute his civil design expertise to support a range of infrastructure projects. His responsibilities will include designing water and wastewater systems, site planning and coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and success.
Harjes was most recently a Project Engineer at Brinnier & Larios, P.C. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY New Paltz and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
Anna Lammon has joined the Albany office as an Engineering Designer, bringing a strong foundation in civil engineering and land development. She will support the creation of detailed site and construction plans, with responsibilities including the design and modification of site elements such as water and sewer systems, grading plans and stormwater management solutions.
Lammon previously worked as a Civil Designer I at Thomas & Hutton. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
