A History of Industry

CPL spans the 9th floor of the historic Larkin at Exchange building—originally the Larkin Soap Factory in the early 1900s—with plenty of windows for natural lighting and breathtaking skyline views. Deep blue walls create a calming environment, while yellow accents and midcentury modern furniture energize our conference rooms and flexible workspaces. We’re highly motivated by the opportunity to plan and execute powerful infrastructure renovations from a space that is itself a modern, inspiring celebration of the city’s rich history.
