Situated just 20 minutes north of the New York State Capitol in Century Hill Plaza, our central location offers convenient access to I-87 and a serene environment spanning more than 30 acres. An on-site walking trail promotes health and wellness, and a host of shops and restaurants—including the Galleria 7 Market, Tipsy Moose Tap & Tavern and Dinosaur Bar-B-Que—are a short drive away, providing an ideal blend of urban convenience and natural surroundings.
Work-wise, our strength lies in offering a comprehensive range of critical, community-building services under one roof. With in-house architects, engineers and interior designers, we tackle the full suite of A/E consulting, including architectural development, reformative engineering and long-range municipal planning.
This cross-functional approach strengthens our collective understanding of the industry, resulting in powerful project outcomes for our clients. Our office interior also exemplifies this versatility, with an open-concept layout and breakout workstations that facilitate seamless collaboration between team members in different disciplines.

Over the last decade, we’ve undertaken projects that enhance residents’ quality of life in various ways, such as providing young learners with upgraded K-12 facilities or reducing congestion on busy roadways. Our latest ventures include design for the Center for Breast Health at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, NY; renovations and additions for the prestigious Northwood School in Lake Placid, NY; highway improvements in Warren County; renovations for the Saratoga County Correctional Facility in Ballston Spa, NY; and comprehensive master planning for school districts throughout New York state.
Always looking for new ways to hone our skills, we remain involved with organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Eastern New York chapter of the Association for Bridge Construction and Design, the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE), the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
By attending their conferences and networking dinners—and organizing our own, internal “lunch and learn” seminars—we’re empowered to exchange ideas and lessons learned with other innovators in our field. This constant synergy elevates the quality of our work, creating robust opportunities for our partners, friends and neighbors to thrive.
“From my start as an intern, the team shared valuable educational resources and helped me develop a structured path to meet my career goals,” said Project Engineer, Jeremy Torres, E.I.T. “This is a great place to try a little bit of everything, and it’s incredibly rewarding to utilize the systems we’ve designed—like a bridge down the street from my childhood home.”
Recognizing that our success is rooted in the unique experiences, perspectives and talents that each of us brings to the table, we prioritize team-building events that bolster our connections and deepen our understanding of one another; these include “just-because” Friday potlucks and, during the holiday season, infamous ugly sweater contests.
These gatherings also extend beyond the office walls—you’re likely to find us rock climbing, golfing, cheering at baseball games or experiencing the thrill of the Saratoga Race Course together. Moreover, we enjoy giving back to our community through group participation in charity marathons and fundraising for the Salvation Army.
