CPL Welcomes Beth Garmon and Morgan Matovina in Suwanee

SUWANEE, GA — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 48 years, is pleased to welcome Beth Garmon and Morgan Matovina to its office in Suwanee, GA.

Garmon joins the Community Practice team as a Senior Planner, and will be responsible for drafting planning-related ordinances and regulations, preparing verbal and written reports and compiling data and maps relating to growth and economic development. She is well-versed in the principles of landscape architecture, and greatly enjoys educating others about how dynamic urban spaces can facilitate electric synergy between towns, cities and counties.

Prior to joining CPL, Garmon served as a Planner III for the Forsyth County Department of Planning and Community Development. She earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia.

Matovina also joins the Community Practice team as a Permit Technician, and will maintain accurate and timely records throughout the entire permitting process. She will also compile project data; coordinate activities between planning, engineering and building team members; and operate as a critical point of contact for the general public, developers, contractors, applicants and city staff alike.

Matovina previously served as Development Project Manager for the City of Winder. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English literature and journalism from the University of North Georgia, and is a licensed notary public.
