KATONAH, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 47 years, is pleased to welcome Juan Santos, NCARB to its office in Katonah, NY.
In his role as an Architectural Project Manager, Santos will oversee design efforts for a wide range of K-12 Practice assignments spanning the east coast, and will also craft highly detailed project reports, coordinate specifications with fellow consultants and manage all phases of construction administration. He brings to CPL nearly two decades of experience serving a variety of market sectors—including the aviation, academic, retail and healthcare spaces—and is well-versed in a myriad of agency codes and design standards.
Santos previously served as a Consultant for Corgan in New York, NY. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology, and holds professional accreditation with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). He also maintains professional architectural licensure in New York state and obtained a 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
