The facility offers a full spectrum of services, including infusion therapy, physician practices, Cold Cap Therapy, an on-site compounding pharmacy, genetic counseling and a survivorship program. A key project goal was to ensure a seamless experience for patients accessing services from both OhioHealth and COHA. This was achieved through shared registration and waiting areas, along with a unified design language that creates consistency across the campus.

The clinic layout was carefully planned to enhance both comfort and efficiency. Exam rooms are located near the waiting area to reduce patient travel distances, while staff and support spaces are grouped toward the back of the facility, creating a private respite area that streamlines clinical workflows.

The infusion suite was designed to promote healing and comfort. A bright, open space features semi-private bays positioned along the exterior wall, maximizing access to large windows and natural light.
A centrally located nurse station provides clear visibility to all bays and direct proximity to the compounding pharmacy, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery.

Through its thoughtful design and patient-first approach, the Westerville Cancer Center strengthens the continuum of cancer care in Westerville, fostering an environment that supports healing, collaboration and hope.
