Originally constructed in the 1920s, the Village of LeRoy’s Wastewater Treatment Facility had served its community for nearly a century. However, aging infrastructure and evolving environmental standards necessitated a significant overhaul to promote long-term functionality and regulatory compliance.
Additional components included a new influent structure with a bar screen, grit removal system, Parshall flume and upgraded concrete tanks and channels. Enhancements to the primary clarifier and refined site grading and access roads further optimized the facility for performance.
