For over ten years, the City of Johns Creek had been operating in a variety of leased commercial office buildings to house their municipal services. CPL was commissioned to assist the City in planning, designing and engineering this 90,000 s.f. facility to become an all encompassing Municipal Center.
Today, the building is used by City administration, elected officials, traffic management, and departments of information technology, human resources, finance, public works, fire and police.
