Bill Greeley serves as CPL’s Northeast Region Higher Education Practice Leader, bringing decades of architectural planning, programming, and design experience to higher education clients across the region. Based in Buffalo, he helps colleges and universities plan and design campus environments that support learning, connection and long-term institutional goals.
With a thoughtful and analytical approach, Bill is known for balancing practical function with the human needs of students, faculty and staff. His work reflects a deep understanding of how campus spaces shape academic experience, strengthen community and support the evolving priorities of higher education institutions.
