CPL Welcomes Wendy Pena-Minaya in Newburgh

NEWBURGH, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 48 years, is pleased to welcome Wendy Pena-Minaya to its office in Newburgh, NY.

Pena-Minaya joins the design team as a Construction Coordinator who will serve as the “face” of CPL throughout any given project’s construction phase. Drawing from nearly a decade of experience as a carpenter and real estate investor for residential and commercial buildings, she will work closely with seasoned engineers and architects to manage documentation for renovation and new construction assignments spanning every practice area.

Her core responsibilities will include compiling and consolidating information; overseeing bidding; arranging client meetings; and serving as a liaison between internal and external partners. With comprehensive expertise in the construction industry, including electrical and plumbing design, the leadership team is confident that Pena-Minaya’s meticulous attention to detail and unwavering high standards will play a pivotal role in the success of every project undertaken.

Prior to joining CPL, Pena-Minaya served as a Carpenter for Resanti Construction Corp. She earned a Construction Project Management certification from Columbia University, and is currently pursuing an Associate of Occupational Studies in construction technology from SUNY Sullivan.
