Buffalo, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 49 years, is pleased to welcome Wade Starnes, P.E., and Kyle Linhardt to its office in Buffalo, NY.
Starnes is assuming the role of Senior Construction Project Manager within CPL’s Civil Engineering team. With over two decades of experience, he will contribute his knowledge and dynamic leadership to help the successful execution of projects, stakeholder satisfaction and top-notch work quality.
Prior to joining CPL, Starnes served as the Senior Project Administrator at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, where he prepared estimates, oversaw designs and managed pre-construction and construction for several addition and full-scale renovation projects across the campus. He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan. Furthermore, Starnes is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in California.
Also joining the firm is Linhardt. Stepping into the Interior Designer role, he will apply his critical thinking and communication skills to collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver high-impact designs.
Before joining CPL, Linhardt was a Design Assistant at Dream Designs & More in Buffalo, where he aided lead designers in client meetings and spearheaded social media and website development plans. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from SUNY Buffalo State, where he was the Senior Liaison for the Interior Design Student Organization and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
