POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 48 years, is pleased to welcome Joseph Volpe to its office in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Volpe joins the technology team as a skilled Helpdesk Specialist. With a strong background in systems administration and documentation, network configuration, programming and scripting, he will provide technical support for team members in every CPL location.
An expert at troubleshooting complex computer issues, in addition to managing requests for assistance, Volpe will be responsible for implementing and updating operational workflows, installing new software and hardware and preparing equipment for new hires. He is dedicated to keeping pace with evolving technologies and continually strengthening his abilities through hands-on exploration and an inherent passion for computer systems.
Prior to joining CPL, Volpe served as a Network Specialist for the Southern Westchester Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES). He studied computer science and networking at Dutchess Community College and maintains CompTIA and Cisco CCNA certifications.
