RALEIGH, NC — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 48 years, is pleased to welcome Erik Brooks to its office in Raleigh, NC.

A veteran with expertise in cybersecurity and network administration, Brooks will provide superior technical analysis and troubleshooting across the entire CPL footprint as a Helpdesk Specialist. He is proficient in diagnosing hardware and software issues and user account management, maximizing user satisfaction while minimizing downtime. With a focus on delivering superior information technology (IT) support, the leadership team is confident that Brooks will prove a vital asset by swiftly responding to help requests, configuring systems and promoting effective communication to drive the firm’s continued growth and success.

Brooks previously served as an Airborne Analyst Technician for the United States Air Force. He earned a certification in Google Data Analytics Specialization, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in cybersecurity from Western Governors University.
