SUWANEE, GA — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 48 years, is pleased to welcome Darell Williams to its office in Suwanee, GA.

Williams joins the technology team as a Helpdesk Specialist. A military veteran with nearly two decades of collective experience involving software programming, troubleshooting and network administration for global and domestic operations, he will be primarily responsible for configuring, installing and upgrading programs, and will marry his interests in analytics and database management to provide superior network support for internal users.

Prior to joining CPL, Williams served as the Lead Technician at Solutionz Inc. in Atlanta, GA. He earned an Associate of Science in network security from Georgia Gwinnett College, an Associate of Science in business information systems from Darton College and a Bachelor of Science in information system security from the former ITT Technical Institute.

The leadership team is confident that Williams’ innate creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, robust organizational capabilities and aptitude for consistency and standardization will help elevate IT workflows across the entire firm.
