TAMPA, Fla. — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public- and private-sector clients for more than 50 years, welcomes Brian Espinosa as an Architect in its Tampa office.

Espinosa brings five years of experience in architecture, with a focus on K-12 educational facilities and a background in commercial design. His work spans design development through construction administration, combining expertise in BIM/Revit, consultant coordination and construction documentation. He brings a practical understanding of building systems, codes and project delivery to help teams translate design concepts into coordinated, buildable solutions.

Prior to joining CPL, Espinosa served as a Project Architect with Stratus, formerly Zyscovich, in Tampa. A registered architect in Florida, he earned a Master of Architecture from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture, with a minor in landscape architecture, from the University of Florida.
