ROCHESTER, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm that has served public and private-sector clients for 46 years, is pleased to welcome Stephanie Ryan to its growing team in Rochester, NY.
Ryan joins CPL’s human resources team as a Learning and Development Specialist and will promote talent mobility through the selection and implementation of programs that help team members advance their professional development. Her responsibilities will include overseeing the new hire onboarding process, coordinating and scheduling training webinars, workshops and events and establishing processes for team members seeking to maintain or elevate licensure.
Prior to joining the firm, Ryan served as a Career Coach for the office of Career Services and Cooperative Education at Rochester Institute of Technology. She earned a Master of Education in counselor education from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communication from St. Bonaventure University.
