ROCHESTER, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm that has served public and private-sector clients for 47 years, is pleased to welcome Cece Martin, M.S HRD, PHR, Christa Constantine and Zachery Frazier to its growing team in Rochester, NY.
Martin joins the human resources (HR) team as Talent Acquisition Manager, and will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of talent recruitment and retention. She will facilitate enduring partnerships with local colleges and organizations to build a network of current and future recruitment resources; participate in career fairs and community events to identify and attract prospective candidates; manage the firm’s applicant tracking system; and spearhead creative initiatives to increase firmwide engagement.
Martin previously served as the Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner at PerkinElmer, Inc. She earned a Master of Science in organizational learning and human resources development from Saint John Fisher College and attended the United Way of Greater Rochester’s Latino Leadership Development Program (LLDP). She is an active member of the National Human Resources Association (NHRA), as well as the Professional Recruiters of Rochester (Pro-Roc).
Martin is also an accredited Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and received a certification in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) from the University of Southern Florida.
In her new role as a Project Analyst, Constantine will oversee project billing and financial management efforts by reviewing and evaluating project charges; completing cost transfers; establishing and updating funding; and collaborating with Project Managers to complete pre-billing reviews and cost estimates. She brings to CPL a wide breadth of experience reconciling, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying new ways to increase overall profitability.
Prior to joining CPL, she served as a Category Analyst for Monroe, Inc. She earned a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in accounting from St. John Fisher College.
Frazier joins the firm as an Architectural Technician. Highly skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and building information modeling (BIM) systems, his core competencies will include crafting architectural models; developing survey map and layouts; and participating in extensive client visioning sessions. In addition to his A/E industry expertise, he is proficient in lean manufacturing, and has experience shaping metal with hand tools.
Frazier most recently worked as a CAD Drafter for T.A.B. Design Architects in Geneseo, NY. He earned a Bachelor of Science in family and consumer studies from the University of Utah, and completed several professional skills courses at Salt Lake Community College. He is currently attending architectural courses at Finger Lakes Community College.
