POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm that has served public and private-sector clients for 46 years, is pleased to welcome Kiera Layden to its growing team in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Layden joins the technology team as a Spatial Data Technician. She will support the survey crew by creating and managing databases, mapping and geoprocessing vector and raster data and conducting deed research as necessary. She will interpret elaborate technical data to establish facts, identify solutions and draw valid conclusions in support of the team.
Prior to joining CPL, Layden served as a GIS Technician for MJ Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C. She graduated magna cum laude from SUNY New Paltz, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in history and geography, and is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in geospatial services from Northeastern University. Layden also maintains remote drone licensure in New York state and is certified to perform work in New York City subways.
