How does a college campus transform into a true home for its students? What does a long-term relationship mean to members of the Bridgewater community? Dr. David Bushman, President of Bridgewater College, joins CPL to discuss our continued partnership and its transformative effect on campus life.
As Dr. Bushman notes, the philosophy of connectedness, strong relationships, and enrichment of the learning experience is strong for members of the Bridgewater community and extends to partners like CPL. Over the past 20+ years, CPL has become a trusted planning advisor, gaining a deep understanding of the College’s rich legacy and how to meet the unique needs of the community. Watch the testimonial to discover the effect of a partner willing and enthusiastic to run with our client’s vision.
No matter the Bridgewater College project, CPL understands the role of the campus as a home for living, learning and growing. In 2025, our Higher Education practice team completed a renovation of historic Bowman Hall, an academic building that has anchored the community for generations. The overhaul focused on updating critical infrastructure, creating engaging peer-to-peer workspaces, and equipping classrooms with both compliance and convenience.
CPL’s renovation of residence building Wakeman Hall began with a simple repair and transformed into a complete reimagining of the space. Suite-style housing, new plumbing and lighting fixtures, and reprogrammed kitchens and lounges created enduring value for students.
The continued result? A safe, modern, and encouraging learning environment, all thoughtfully executed without disturbing day-to-day student life.
