At its heart, the “Village” offers a library, fitness center, salon, post office, wellness room, family/game room, a pet care center and more. This concentrated mix of services not only makes daily life more convenient for residents but also fosters social interaction—an essential factor in maintaining physical and mental health for seniors. Additional features, such as multipurpose rooms for community programming and exam rooms for visiting physicians, further enrich the lifestyle experience.
The design reinforces the spirit of togetherness by evoking the character of a lively main street. High ceilings, natural light, brick accents, storefront-style façades and lampposts create an inviting atmosphere, while generous flex areas provide welcoming places to connect with neighbors or entertain family and friends.

Working closely with stakeholders, our team also prioritized long-term resilience with smart value engineering choices that uphold durability without compromising identity. Paintable brick offered a modern exterior solution with versatility for future refreshes.

Inside, finishes such as laminate countertops and flooring were selected for both appearance and longevity. Within each residence, efficient layouts and thoughtful materials ensure easy-to-maintain spaces designed for practical enjoyment.
The result is a $10 million destination that feels less like a senior facility and more like a small town. Homestead Village empowers older adults to live energetically while nurturing wellness and belonging—helping residents thrive at every stage of life.
