Levell joins the firm as a Senior Engineering Designer, where she will apply her expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD to draft site plan proposals and model stormwater systems for a wide range of projects. Additionally, she will be responsible for analyzing regulatory compliance and preparing technical project narratives to effectively communicate project details to clients and stakeholders.

Prior to joining CPL, Levell served as a Civil Project Engineer at TFMoran Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Purdue University, where she completed a capstone project focused on urban agriculture irrigation systems to support food-insecure communities in Detroit. Levell is an Engineer in Training (EIT) and a Certified United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) Inspector.
