The Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwestern Pennsylvania (RIDC) has broken ground on a new “tech flex” building at RIDC Armstrong Innovation Park in Freeport, Pennsylvania. Designed by CPL with versatile uses in mind, the 30,000 sq. ft. building is the first of two planned constructions aimed at attracting technology companies to the area.
The project is part of a shared vision between RIDC and the Armstrong County Industrial Development Council (ACIDC) to spur economic growth and job creation through new and upcoming real estate development.
