ROCHESTER, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 48 years, is pleased to welcome Jean Jobe, PHR to its office in Rochester, NY.
Jobe joins the human resources (HR) team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for facilitating the full life cycle of talent recruitment and retention, encompassing the sourcing, screening, onboarding and placement of invested team members.
A seasoned professional who excels at building rapport with others, she will draw from more than two decades of experience in HR, recruiting and employee development to generate solutions that drive positive change and increase process efficiency, relying on her sharp business acumen to home in on top talent. With extensive technical expertise and creative thinking, the leadership team is confident that she will consistently identify the right people to join CPL.
Jobe previously served as an HR Staff Recruiter for the Rochester Institute of Technology. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the State University of New York at Oswego, and currently serves as the Vice President of Programs for the Association for Women in Computing (AWC), as well as an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Additionally, Jobe is an accredited Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
