BUFFALO, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 48 years, is pleased to welcome Michael Maxwell to its office in Buffalo, NY.
Maxwell joins the technology team and will help monitor vital user systems and swiftly resolve computer issues for all CPL locations as a Helpdesk Specialist. Well-regarded for his technical proficiency, he will address critical concerns with promptness and attention to detail; install and upgrade software; migrate emails; and foster communication between IT and other team members to ensure the entire firm remains apprised of new developments.
Prior to joining CPL, Maxwell worked as a Deployment Service Technician for Crossfuze.
