Previously located in a historic building on a side street downtown, the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro sought to renovate its office and meeting space to better serve its expanding presence in the community and allow for increased event functionality.
Starting with extensive visioning and needs assessments of their existing space, the Foundation capitalized on input from stakeholders and design experts to select a new office building located at a prime crossroads in the middle of downtown. Aside from more room to host a wide range of visitors, the more accessible site grants increased street visibility and community transparency.
