Guided by insights from visioning sessions with Solut! leadership, our Industrial Practice team designed a facility that balances efficiency with dynamism, bringing manufacturing and office operations together under one roof. A streamlined, 96,200 sq. ft. warehouse layout drives performance, and the adjoining office—linked for teamwork and seamless access—buzzes with creativity.
Reflecting Solut!’s “open door” philosophy, individual offices were built without doors to promote approachability and everyday interaction. Comfortable, eclectic furnishings like zebra-print chairs and private nooks contribute to an atmosphere that feels vibrant and refreshingly non-traditional. Bold brand colors of purple, lime green and orange further enliven accent walls, and soaring ceilings, sliding glass doors and exposed piping lend a modern, urban edge.
As the company thrived, the headquarters grew in tandem. Over a decade and multiple phases of development, the space expanded to 110,000 sq. ft., adding ten offices, reimagined collaboration zones and a breakroom twice its original size. Modular furniture and flexible layouts ensure adaptability, empowering team growth and continuous evolution.
The employee experience remained a top priority through every stage. The breakroom doubles as a dining and social hub, enhanced with extra counters, vending options and multiple microwaves for greater capacity. A coffee bar with charging outlets and café-style tables encourages spontaneous connection, while natural light and bright finishes reinforce Solut!’s energy-driven culture.
More than a production facility, the headquarters is a physical expression of the brand; a place where community and ingenuity converge, and a lasting investment in the people who bring the company’s mission to life.
