As redevelopment continued to take shape in downtown Binghamton, NY, the need for this 300-space parking garage at the intersection of Hawley Street and Washington Street became apparent. CPL’s transportation team developed a façade design to complement downtown’s existing historic buildings as well as the adjacent modern structures. The end result is a six-story, 304 parking space garage that provides ample parking for the downtown core.
