Our healthcare practice team was tasked with orchestrating this revitalization, balancing space constraints with precise equipment upgrades. More than just a physical buildout, the suite features a procedure room for rapid interventions, an adjacent control room for clinical oversight and robust infrastructure scaled for high-acuity performance.

Executing this vision required deep coordination across disciplines. From recalibrating air exchange rates and re-routing medical gases to calculating electrical demands, every detail was scrutinized for safe, efficient treatment. When load testing revealed the existing HVAC system couldn’t support the upgraded space, our team seamlessly integrated a new rooftop air handling unit, ensuring reliable operations without delaying the project.

The result is a responsive, future-ready vascular lab that reduces patient wait times while streamlining staff workflows. With its blend of technical sophistication and medical expediency, it represents a lasting investment in local care access and equity—and a continued commitment to meeting the evolving needs of the growing Cabarrus County region.
