Ken is CPL's Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing key corporate functions including human resources, compliance and administrative operations. With a focus on efficiency, integrity and organizational alignment, he ensures the company’s internal systems support its strategic objectives. He is known for his thoughtful, steady leadership and his ability to build strong, people-centered frameworks that drive sustainable growth and operational stability.
Additionally, Ken serves dually as a respected leader in Community & Culture and Higher Education practices. He guides multidisciplined teams to pioneer forward-looking designs for a range of public, private and civic buildings, from recreation centers and museums to entire college campuses, focused on cultivating spaces that foster local engagement and pride. A LEED-accredited architect with nearly four decades of industry experience, his background also encompasses sustainable design for public intermodal transit passenger and maintenance facilities, historic building renovation and adaptive reuse projects.
