CPL lives on the seventh floor of the Urban Campus Westchester, the region’s premier cooperative office building. Our team members are encouraged to utilize any of the campus’ deluxe amenities, including a first-floor snack bar outfitted with vending machines, an open cafeteria space, several balconies and patios with soft seating, a fitness center and a refreshing outdoor recreation area that includes basketball and soccer courts.
Designed in-house, our office’s interior features urban furniture, pendant lighting, ample collaborative spaces, breakout meeting rooms and expansive windows with beguiling views of the Hudson Valley’s mountainous landscape. Our dedicated training room accommodates up to 24 team members at any given time, and the contemporary kitchen doubles as a hub for birthday luncheons, anniversary celebrations, new hire welcome parties and other team-building events.
Intimately involved in K-12 education assignments throughout New York state and beyond, our Westchester team also works in tandem with neighboring offices in Newburgh, Poughkeepsie and Hudson to tackle a wide range of project types throughout the Hudson Valley, underscoring CPL’s dedication to firm-wide collaboration and shared experience.
