As a Regional Healthcare Practice Leader, Sean helps shape the strategic direction of CPL's healthcare practice across the Southeast from the firm's Tampa, Florida office. He works closely with healthcare systems and provider organizations to align strategy, design and project delivery with their long-term operational and clinical goals, helping clients make confident decisions in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.

Drawing on over 30 years of experience leading complex healthcare projects, Sean is known for bringing together multidisciplinary teams to solve challenges, build consensus and deliver environments that support exceptional care. He believes the strongest projects are rooted in trust, collaboration and a clear understanding of what matters most to each client and the communities they serve.
