He has successfully led projects for municipal clients as well as the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) and the New York State Thruway Authority (NYSTA).

He plays a key role in overseeing the design and implementation of comprehensive stormwater management strategies, including drainage and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs).
