Richard Henry III

Rick is Principal Emeritus of the firm, having been part of CPL’s growth and evolution since joining in 1989 as a Civil Engineer. Over his long tenure, he played a key role in shaping the firm’s business development efforts, cultivating client relationships, and supporting strategic expansion into new markets.

In his current role, Rick provides advisory support on strategic initiatives and continues to serve as a trusted resource for client and partner relationships. His decades of experience and commitment to the firm’s mission remain an important part of its continued success and culture.
