From his start as a civil engineer with CPL more than 30 years ago, Rick has been actively involved in the company’s evolution from day one. Today, he serves as the President and a member of the Board of Directors. His ability to connect with people has been instrumental in building lasting relationships and finding creative solutions to the problems faced by municipalities and institutional clients.

Rick uses these same talents in fostering a culture of engagement and trust within the firm. He’s actively involved with our emerging design talent and plays a central role in growing CPL’s future leaders.
