Dave is Principal Emeritus of CPL's mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering teams, bringing decades of leadership and technical expertise in the design of high-performance building systems. Throughout his career, he played a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s MEP engineering capabilities, with a focus on improving design efficiency, integrating innovative technologies, and delivering reliable, sustainable systems across a diverse range of project types.
