With a speed-to-market philosophy, the CPL healthcare design team successfully programmed, designed and constructed this fully equipped, turn-key ready hospital and medical office building in just 15 months.
The project advanced very quickly under an Integrated Project Delivery Approach (I.P.D.) where the team transformed a 30-acre, undeveloped site into a beautiful, modern healthcare center featuring an eight bed emergency department, a flexible observation/inpatient unit, surgery department, and spaces for imaging, laboratories and pharmacy.
