The City of Petersburg’s long-anticipated downtown courts complex is taking shape—and our team is proud to help bring this transformative civic project to life.

In a recent Progress-Index feature, CPL Principal Lee Shadbolt, AIA, NCARB offered insights into the collaborative vision behind the 92,000 sq. ft. facility. Guided by input from local judges and community members, the design pays homage to the historic Hustings Courthouse and is set to deliver a modern, efficient space that reflects the dignity of 21st-century judicial systems.
