POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — CPL, a full-service design firm serving public and private-sector clients for more than 48 years, is pleased to welcome Wayne Karabinos, AIA to its office in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Karabinos joins the firm as a skilled Project Manager who will provide architectural leadership and oversight for Healthcare Practice assignments spanning the entire CPL fabric.

He has a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering sophisticated medical environments—including outpatient clinics, diagnostic imaging installations, intensive care units and emergency departments—and will leverage evidence-based practices to improve outcomes for patients, families and staff. He also brings to CPL extensive experience designing COVID-19 surge spaces for hospitals throughout New York City.

Karabinos previously served as an Associate and Project Manager for Lothrop Associates, LLP in White Plains, NY. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
